General Maintenance

Preparation

We will prepare your rooms to paint by;

-Moving all furniture either out of the room or into the middle of the room and covering with plastic to protect from any paint drips, splash or spray.

-Taking down window blinds. removing outlet and switch plates and covers to ensure a clean paint job that travels seamlessly behind the plates and covers.

-Use tarp or plastic to cover floors. we want your floors to remain clean to pair with your magnificent walls when we are finished. 

-Use paper or plastic to mask off any remaining fixtures, cords or other items that may not be as movable or removable. 

-Fix any cracks or holes with caulk or drywall compound, we want your paint job to look smooth, professional and eye catching.

Finish

We will finish your room by;

-Applying the first coat of paint, and allowing time enough for it to dry.

-Applying a second coat of paint, and allowing time enough for it to dry as well.

-Removing all masking, tape, plastic, paper, drops and other prep items.

-Replacing all outlet and switch plates and covers. 

-Returning all furniture to its original place.
